Castello Zamittello

Castello Zamittello is a historic Norman-style castle set in Malta’s picturesque countryside. Built in 1675 by Baron Bernardo Zammit, it stands on the outskirts of Mgarr, along the road to Gnejna Bay. Originally designed for defence against corsair raids, its façade features four distinctive guard turrets. Today, the castle is surrounded by lush gardens and serene rural landscapes, making it a truly unique setting.

Saluting Battery
