When we welcomed Island Caterers into the Corinthia family in the summer of 2017 we married two of the finest reputations in Maltese hospitality.
We started our journey as Corinthia with a fine dining restaurant, opening in Attard in 1962. Today, we’re best known for our magnificent hotels throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Over the past 25 years as Island Caterers, we have become known as Malta’s premier event catering company, renowned for our deliciously inventive cuisine and impeccable service.
