Edmond Bonett

General Manager

Edmond brings vast knowledge and forward-thinking leadership, shaped by extensive experience in the hospitality and catering industry both locally and overseas. As General Manager, he fosters a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and continuous growth. He attributes his leadership success to strong communication skills and the support of the teams he has worked with throughout his career.

Adrian Bonnici

Director of Sales

Since joining Corinthia Caterers, Adrian has played a key role in driving exceptional growth and delivering an impeccable service to clients. With years of experience in the events and catering business, he brings expertise, enthusiasm, and a deep passion for hospitality to the team.

Reuben Miceli

Catering Director

Reuben leads all culinary operations at Corinthia Caterers, backed by over 15 years in high-end hospitality. Starting in five-star hotels and moving into event and contract catering, he has earned multiple awards for excellence, including top honours at the Mediterranean Culinary Cup. His leadership, strategic vision, and commitment to quality make him an invaluable asset to every project.

Gordon Amato

Executive Chef

Gordon leads all kitchen operations at Corinthia Caterers, having built his career within the Corinthia Group after graduating from the Institute of Tourism Studies. He has represented Malta in several international culinary competitions, earning multiple awards along the way. Gordon’s experience, creativity, and commitment to excellence continue to drive the high culinary standards that define Corinthia Caterers.

Godwin Fenech

Events Operations Manager

Godwin brings extensive expertise in operations and logistics, having risen through the ranks from the hospitality front line. He applies his hands-on experience to deliver seamless operations with precision, professionalism, and a constant focus on quality and efficiency.
