My husband and I got married last May on the 21st. From the beginning Corinthia Caterers was of great help in planning as both me and my husband were lost on where we should start. They advised us on the best choices for our wedding. They also helped us to organize and plan the timeline of the event and gave us a lot of great tips which we used. All that they advised us was a success on the wedding day. They are very professional and make you feel calm. A big worry which we had in the week of the wedding was the weather. On our wedding day rain was predicted from the weather forecast. Our venue was the saluting battery so we had to decide if we should move to the backup venue which was inside. This was a very difficult decision to make, the team was very patient with us until we decided to stay at our original venue as light showers were predicted only. Despite the rain our wedding still went well.
On the wedding day the team was also present checking that everything was going well. All the team involved worked very hard, since it rained they were more busy due to removing the water. They did a fantastic job as they quickly cleared everything and it was like it never rained.
The catering crew gave a good service with a smile. The food was very delicious; everyone complimented it. The food stations we had were the live pizza, paella bar, tagliata and shell fish which were very divine. Everyone kept mentioning them to us how good they were. We had a gin bar which the team suggested, and it was a great hit too.
We were very happy with the service provided by Corinthia and we recommend them to anyone who is going to get married. Lastly but not least we appreciate all the help and support Corinthia Caterers gave us throughout the planning of our wedding and on the wedding day. They are amazing and we are very happy to have had them on our special day.

Thank you for your excellent service ahead of the wedding, and throughout the wedding reception. We appreciate the time taken to put forward a menu that was tailor-made to our tastes. In addition, we were extremely pleased with the set-up proposed by Corinthia Caterers. The idea to have a different bars for drinks, whiskey, wine & pasta set-up in each of the three large adjacent halls (Presidential suite, the Ballroom, and the other hall where the wine bar was set-up) was outstanding. This motivated guests to spend time in each of the halls, providing them with an all-round experience of the Casino Maltese. We are forever indebted for your contribution in making our special day even more memorable. Well done and keep on doing an excellent job.

As from our very first visit to the prestigious Casino Maltese, we immediately knew this would be our wedding venue. An outstanding location rich in enchanting elegance and Maltese history and heritage. We only hoped that those invited would love and appreciate it as much as we do…And they sure did!
Corinthia Caterers ensured that everything was perfect down to the last detail. The sales manager, who is undeniably a great asset to the company: a true STAR – helped us create the most distinctive and extensive bespoke reception menu embracing mouth-watering canapés, complimented with three exquisite themed stations: the Maltese Station beautifully displayed in the princess room and the Live Gourmet Pasta Station and the Beef & Veal Tagliata Station in the adjoining dining room. We were totally impressed with the pasta selection there was to choose from and loved the parmesan wheel concept in which the burrata stuffed ravioli were served.
The guests were completely astonished with the attention to detail. With the kind assistance of the sales manager, who was also present throughout the day and guaranteed that all was executed to perfection, we could realise our desire to create our own Maltese liqueur Spritz Bar in the president’s room, a twist on the traditional themed spritz bar, which was truly the garnish to our Maltese themed wedding. This, along with the Whisky Bar as upgraded with the most delicious carved dark chocolate blocks and tasty savoury pralines, genuinely added character to our classic wedding celebrations. And what about the elegant four-tiered wedding cake? Superbly designed and made with love. As cake flavours, we opted for almond, traditional fruit, lemon & poppy seeds and Baci and all were so good that it is impossible to choose the best therefrom.
On behalf of all our guests, we have nothing but praise for the extraordinary and noteworthy service and the vast food selection. Corinthia Caterers, thank you for rendering our wedding reception a lavish culinary experience and a majestic dream from start to finish.

We had Corinthia Caterers for our recent wedding at the MCC Rooftop. All our guests commented on how good and abundant the food was. All the staff on the day were extremely professional and efficient – there were hardly any queues for the food. Our five-course wedding dinner by Corinthia Caterers was excellent. We had so many comments from our guests about how much they liked it, and how they never had anything like it at a wedding! The staff was excellent on the day – a pleasure to have there and really accommodating. We were very pleased with Corinthia Caterers’ service from our very first meeting with them. The Weddings team was always helpful, available, and flexible to meet our requirements, particularly when changes needed to be made in view of the COVID-19 related restrictions. We are grateful for this!
During the Wedding the Function Manager and the serving staff on the day were super. Plates and drinks were served in a timely manner. When one considers the number of tables we had, the task was far from easy, but they managed. We’ve received positive feedback from our guests about the service and about the high quality of the food and the presentation, including guests with special dietary requirements, who felt they were well taken care of.
Despite the limitations brought about by COVID-19, our Wedding celebration turned out to be better than what we dreamed of. The seated Wedding at Villa Bologna, turned out to be magical. In our opinion the setup was more elegant to the original plan of the usual stand-up reception.

Wanting our home wedding to be truly special, we put a lot of effort into shopping around to ensure we chose the best caterers. Having compared several caterers, it wasn’t a hard choice to settle on Corinthia Caterers as it was obvious that they were ahead of everyone else all round.
We were certainly not disappointed as they went above and beyond to ensure our special day was truly special. All our guests commented on the superb quality of the food, but the etiquette and organisation of the staff on the day was where it became obvious why Corinthia Caterers are the leaders in the field. It’s the small things that make the difference, and they really made the effort, by all means, shop around, do your homework, but if you really want that extra special service, we couldn’t recommend Corinthia Caterers enough.
