The latest Wedding trend in meal service for Weddings. With this concept guests have the opportunity to serve their own plate at food stations set up on long tables at the Wedding venue. Our Chefs have created over twenty food stations to choose from. Themes include carving, fish, pasta and dessert.

Gourmet Pasta – NEW

A selection of dry pastas with different sauces. Ravioli stuffed with Burrata, tossed in cherry tomatoes, basil, olive oil and shaved Manchego cheese, served in a Parmesan wheel. Strozzapretti tossed with tender pulled beef, smoked aubergine, sweet pepper and a rich tomato braised  sauce.

Crudes and Bakes

A selection of locally produced cheeses and cured Mediterranean meats served in cones. Live focaccia with rucola, parmesan , cherry tomatoes, sundried tomato paste and garlic, grana and fresh herbs. Locally produced chutneys, fresh mozzarella balls, infused breads, and deep fried tortillas.

Smoke and Flames

A selection of smoked, charred meats and sausages. Smoked homemade sausage, pork and chimichurri, beef and chipotle. Dry spiced rubbed beef brisket carved with a sticky BBQ dressing. Spicy coated wings served with a spiced tangy tomato salsa. Calamari fritti with chopped cornichons and citrus mayonnaise. Freshly baked Pretzels served with a selection of mustard.

Master Pastry Chef

A selection of sweet delights. A variety of mini cakes and fruit mousses. Sugar jellies, chocolate truffles and fine pastries.

Afternoon Tea

Flavoured almond Macaroons, Sugared biscuits, Fruit cakes, Battenberg cake and Scones with preserves and marmalades.
