5. to our advisers and any prospective purchasers (and their advisers) should it be decided to sell off the whole or a substantial part of our business or integrate it with another business within the Corinthia Group; and
6. where we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal information in order to comply with any legal or regulatory obligation or request.

6.3. Some of these disclosures may involve transfers of your Personal Information to a country outside of the European Union or the wider European Economic Area (EEA) (“International Transfers”).
