Corinthia Caterers by virtue of their amazing staff, particularly Mr. Adrian Bonnici, exceeded our expectations.
Even before signing the contract and before our wedding day, we were invited for their open days during which we were able to taste the food and desserts. During such events, the staff went around their clients or clients-to-be as friendly as always whilst getting feedback.
When it came to deciding on the menu for our wedding day, Mr. Bonnici devoted his time and attention on what we wished to have, and he went beyond to make us happy. We wanted a variety of food, from chicken, meat, lamb, fish, seafood, veg, duck, pork, you name it, and our weeding day, had it all, thanks to Mr. Bonnici. The expertise of Corinthia’s staff continued to impress as when it came to our custom-made wedding cake. We were offered a one-to-one meeting with the very talented pastry chef Mr. Bonaci during which we built our cake from scratch and what a hell of a cake we had. It was the cake of our dreams, but which came to reality.

Out with tags and that all staff knew what they were serving. Mr. Bonnici went out of his way in many ways. He also provided us with a new concept at our wedding of a typical digestion drink which was cool and innovative.
We cannot thank enough the staff of Corinthia for their professionalism. We are grateful for the amazing experience which Mr. Adrian Bonnici gave us and we thank him for being there throughout. Well done to all!
