Do you offer bespoke menus?

Our chefs regularly create new menus, which offer both the latest culinary trends and specialities, as well as seasonal and local produce. We currently have several menus to suit every occasion, however if you have something particular in mind our kitchen brigade is always ready to listen to your requests and create a special menu with you in mind.

Do you organise food tastings?

Everything is possible at Corinthia Caterers. Should you be interested in setting up a food tasting, kindly get in touch with our Sales Team on info@corinthiacaterers.com specifying the kind of event you had in mind (e.g. wedding, corporate, MICE, etc) and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you cater for special requests such as food allergies, intolerances and other dietary requirements?

Our kitchens are not allergen-free. This implies, for instance, that even though a particular recipe excludes nuts as an ingredient, it may still bear traces of nuts through possible cross contamination. We adopt an Allergen Management Policy and Procedure across the board at Corinthia Caterers. Our Chefs are trained in food allergy management and we also have a Food Safety Management System in place. This ensures that cross-contamination with allergens is reduced to a minimum, however since most of the ingredients we use may be regarded as allergens, we are unable to guarantee an allergen-free dish. In this case, we are able to offer alternative options for such needs, provided that you inform your sales representative of your guests’ allergens, intolerances and/or dietary requirements prior to the event.

Do you cater for specific dietary requirements?

Consider it done. Our registered nutritionists work closely with our kitchen team to provide a number of catering options tailored to your specific requirements. Kindly inform your sales representative about your guests’ particular needs beforehand.

Where do you host your events?

We’re able to organise outside catering at any venue of your choice. We also operate exclusively with a number of unique venues across Malta and Gozo and take pride in partnering with historic locations in particular. For further information, please visit our exclusive venues page.

What about venues that aren't listed?

If you’ve already selected your dream location, then we’re also able to help. Corinthia Caterers enjoys the logistic and operational assets as well as the expertise to set up a fully operational off-site kitchen in line with Health and Safety regulations.

Are there any upfront fees?

Once you pin down an event date and are completely satisfied with your choice of menu and venue, a minimal deposit is required in order to secure the service. Nevertheless, since every event is different we recommend getting in touch with our Sales Team to go over the terms and conditions of your payment

What is the minimum number of guests required to secure a booking?

This number varies depending on the type of event you had in mind. Guidance on the recommended number of guests for each event is indicated on all of our menus, however should your guest list fall short of the minimum requirements, we are still able to cater for your event against a supplementary fee. Please feel free to get in touch with our Sales Team who will guide you accordingly.
