We are looking for an Airline Logistics Manager to manage logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment, to optimize resource utilization, minimize costs, and meet customer demand.

Reporting to the Catering Director, responsibilities include but, not limited to:

-Leading and managing preparation and fulfilling requests for each client individually for each flight

-Manage warehouse inventory and keep the necessary records up to date

-Good time management skills, especially the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

-Monitors flight demands and adjusts supply chain levels, ensuring all requests and products are delivered in a timely manner

-Responsible for ensuring every employee within the Airline Logistics team is working effectively and efficiently improving employee morale and overall employee relations

-Must have good analytical skills

The ideal candidate:

-Minimum 2 years of experience in air freight operations, logistics or supply chain management

-Attention to detail and willing to learn

-Able to work extra hours during peak periods

-Good communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel and Word
